Check-In: 4:00pm, Warm up: 5:30 pm, Start time: 6:40pm ***ESTIMATE AT THIS TIME*****

Saturday, July 18th

Saturday Morning - Ages: 8 & Under and 9-10 (Including 10& Under Relays)

Location: West Springfield High School

Check-In: 7:00 am, Warm up: 7:30 am, Start time: 8:40 am ***ESTIMATE AT THIS TIME*****

Saturday Afternoon - Ages: 13-14 & 15-18 (Including 14 & Under and Open Relays)

Location: West Springfield High School

Check-In: 1:00 pm, Warm up: 1:30 pm, Start time: 2:40 pm ***ESTIMATE AT THIS TIME*****

*Parent/Family Member Volunteering is Mandatory and we can't run this team without you all!

*Remember, your swimmer must attend a minimum of 2 practices a week to compete in the meet that week, unless discussed ahead of time with a coach.

Practice: Monday - Thursday unless otherwise noted below- remember, No School, No Pool
